Job summary

The Treetop is seeking dedicated individuals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions in clients’ homes across the United States. You will collect and analyze progress data under BCBA supervision, coordinate with staff, and guide families on therapy activities to support growth and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• ABA therapy experience or working with children with special needs is a plus but not required.
• RBT certification preferred; if not certified, commitment to obtain within 60 days with pay increase and reimbursement.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet physical demands.
• Willingness to obtain in-person First Aid/CPR certification.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation; company does not transport clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in their homes.
• Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress under supervision of a BCBA.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure therapy programs are effective.
• Provide feedback to parents/guardians on daily activities and progress.
• Implement and refine individualized ABA therapy programs.
• Assist in developing behavior intervention plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Be open to feedback and willing to learn; work well either in a team or independently.
