Job summary

The Treetop is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will implement evidence-based interventions, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervision to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 40-hour RBT training completed.
• Active RBT certification preferred or to be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Passion for clinical ABA and improving lives of children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans developed by a BCBA.
• Deliver one-on-one, evidence-based interventions.
• Collect and record data to measure client progress.
• Assist in developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent treatment.
