Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an RBT to provide direct therapy in-home in Charlotte, NC. The role requires three weekday afternoons (10:00am–2:00pm), totaling about 12 hours per week, with Spanish language delivery for caregiver training and family support.

You will work under a BCBA assigned to the case, delivering 97153 therapy per an approved plan, collecting data, and maintaining notes. A high school diploma and ABA experience are required, with reliable transportation and a commitment to

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability three weekday afternoons within 10:00am–2:00pm.
• Comfort working in a family’s home.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per the Treatment Plan written by the BCBA.
• Record session data and submit notes; non-billable time is paid.
• Under supervision from the Step Ahead BCBA, receive competency assessments and feedback.
• Coordinate with the family care manager to support treatment goals during sessions.
• Maintain professionalism and reliability during home visits.
