Job summary
Children’s Specialized ABA in Newark, NJ is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, working with a BCBA and a care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate services.
Not certified yet? We offer paid training and cover the RBT exam cost to help you launch your career, with on-site supervision and ongoing feedback.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- RBT certification is preferred but not required with paid training offered.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home or clinic.
- Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
- Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
