Job summary

BeeKind ABA Therapy in Thomaston, GA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes, schools, daycares and community settings. Schedule: 1:00 pm–5:00 pm on Mon, Wed and Fri; no weekend work.

You will collect data, write session notes and help clients reach social, communication and daily living goals. We offer $20–$25 per hour plus a $2/hour differential after 5 pm, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 40-hour training with ability to discuss ABA content and display of critical thinking skills
• Valid RBT certification
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes
• Comfort working in various settings; in-home experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, daycares and community settings.
• Collect data during sessions to track progress.
• Write detailed session notes documenting development
