Job summary

Finni Health seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or in the community around Manchester, MO. The role is part-time with daytime and evening hours, paying $21–$23 per hour.

The job requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, and an active RBT credential, with reliable transportation to families’ homes. You will work closely with a BCBA supervisor, collect progress data, and participate in team meetings and ongoing training to
