Job summary

Kennedy ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in the Angier, NC area during evenings and weekends. This part-time role offers flexibility and a supportive team focused on transforming lives through evidence-based practices.

You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy, implement plans from a BCBA, and collect data while collaborating with families to promote client progress and safety in a home environment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
