Total Care ABA is a growing in-home and in-school ABA therapy provider serving children with autism across GA. We are hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, support goals, and collect data.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families
