Job summary

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support ABA therapy services in clients' homes in Georgia. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing plans and collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on progress and behaviors.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to develop behavior plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for therapy.
