Houston In-Home ABA Group is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA services in Humble, TX. You will work under the supervision of an experienced BCBA, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans directly in the child’s home and helping clients reach developmental milestones.

The role requires an active RBT certification, a high-school diploma, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of ABA experience preferred.
• Background checks: TB, MVR, OIG, and federal/state healthcare sanctions.
• Reliable car, auto insurance, and valid driver's license required.
• TB test and immunizations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home ABA services in the client’s home.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.
• Record and track data on client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA to inform and apply treatment plans.
• Adhere to BACB guidelines and professional codes.
