Job summary

Houston In-Home ABA Group is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA services in Cypress, TX. Work under the supervision of a BCBA to help children develop new skills and reach developmental milestones.

You’ll collect data, implement behavior plans, and collaborate with families. Requirements include a high-school degree, active RBT certification, reliable transportation, and passing background checks. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Minimum 6 months of ABA experience preferred.
• Must pass background check, MVR, OIG, and healthcare sanction checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans to help children thrive.
• Collect and record data on child behaviors and track progress using proprietary technology.
• Partner with your BCBA and help inform and implement treatment plans for each client.
• Follow BACB guidelines and codes of conduct.
