Breakthrough ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality in-home ABA services across the Greater Houston and Beaumont areas, with center-based services in Cypress, TX. The role supports a BCBA-led framework and emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Experience working with children; special needs experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and team-oriented mindset.
• Strong ability to build rapport and motivate children.
• Must pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel to assigned client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and report data on target behaviors.
• Participate in behavior management programming.
• Support families with modeling and caregiver training.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
