Job summary

Houston In-Home ABA Group is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home ABA services in the Sugar Land, TX area. You will work under supervision of a BCBA to help children with ASD learn new skills and reach milestones in familiar home settings.

You’ll gather and record progress data, follow BACB guidelines, and collaborate with your BCBA to tailor treatment plans to each child’s needs. A reliable vehicle and required health screenings are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of ABA experience preferred.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Must pass a background check, MVR, OIG, and Federal / State required healthcare sanction checks

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans to help children thrive.
• Collect and record data on child behaviors. Track progress using proprietary technology.
• Partner with your BCBA and help inform and implement treatment plans for each client.
• Follow BACB guidelines and codes of conduct
