Job summary

Houston In-Home ABA Group is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the Kingwood, TX area. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement life-changing care directly in the child’s home.

You will help children learn new skills, collect data, and contribute to treatment plans while following BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of ABA experience preferred.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Must pass a background check, MVR, OIG, and Federal / State required healthcare sanction checks.
• A reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license required.
• TB test and proof of other health screenings/immunizations required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans to help children thrive.
• Collect and record data on child behaviors. Help track progress and celebrate milestones using proprietary technology.
• Partner closely with your BCBA and help inform treatment plans and to effectively implement treatment plans specific to each client’s needs.
• Follow Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines and codes of conduct.
