Job summary

Advanceable ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians for in-home, part-time or full-time roles in Emporia and surrounding areas. You will provide individualized ABA therapy to children in their homes under supervision of a BCBA, focusing on communication, social and daily-living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification; if not, company supports certification path.
• 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication, patience and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans with children.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, play and daily-living skills.
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques.
• Track progress with session data and clinical notes.
• Communicate with families and clinical team; participate in supervision and training.
• Stay active and engaged during sessions with children.
