Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in their homes in the Omaha area. You will implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision, focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills, and maintain accurate data records.

The role emphasizes growth through paid training, ongoing BCBA supervision, and professional development opportunities, with a focus on reliable, compassionate care.

Competenze

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Experience with children or autism is helpful but not required.
• Ability to meet background check requirements.

Mansioni

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through sessions.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA and participate in supervision.
• Build respectful relationships with clients and families.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions.
