Job summary

Solara Autism Services seeks compassionate Part-Time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home ABA services across Fairfield County, Connecticut. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing plans developed by a BCBA and helping with communication, social, and daily living skills in the child’s natural environment.

Qualifications

• Requires RBT certification or willingness to obtain (preferred).
• High school diploma required; related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Collect session data and maintain clinical documentation.
• Communicate progress with supervising BCBAs.
