Job summary

Solara Autism Services in Seymour, CT seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinic-based team. You’ll work one-on-one with children in their homes, implementing ABA plans under a BCBA, and helping develop communication, social, and daily living skills in natural environments.

The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive, family-centered organization.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• High school diploma required; degrees in psychology/education/special education or related field preferred.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, daily living, and adaptive skills
• Collect session data and maintain clinical documentation
• Collaborate with families to promote skill generalization
• Follow BACB RBT Ethics Code and company policies
