Job summary

Solara Autism Services is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in Seymour, Connecticut. You will work one-on-one with children in their homes, delivering ABA services under a BCBA's guidance.

The role is full-time, in a clinic setting with per-session data collection, training, supervision, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Implement BCBA-developed treatment plans.
• Teach communication, social, play and daily living skills.
• Collect session data and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with families and supervising BCBAs.
