Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an RBT for an in-home case in Lawrence, KS. You will deliver direct therapy (97153) under a BCBA-designed plan, with supervision and data collection to support fidelity and outcomes.

Ideal candidates are available mornings, hold an active RBT, and have ABA experience. The role offers flexible hours, measurable growth, and a path within Step Ahead ABA’s supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience in ABA therapy preferred.
• Must be available Mon–Fri mornings.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Comfortable working in a family's home environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy following the BCBA-created treatment plan.
• Maintain session data and observations as directed.
• Coordinate with BCBA and care team for client progress.
• Attend supervision and complete required training.
• Support families and ensure continuity of care.
