Job summary

Advanceable ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Yorktown, VA for home-based ABA therapy. Earn $24-$26/hr with flexible schedules and a supportive clinical team.

You will provide 1:1 in-home ABA services under BCBA supervision, helping children develop communication, social, and daily-living skills, while tracking progress and maintaining thorough records. Training, certification support, and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification, if not we’ll support your path to certification.
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills.
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques.
• Track progress through accurate session data and clinical notes.
• Communicate professionally with families and members of the clinical team.
• Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training.
• Stay active and engaged during sessions with children.
