Clementine ABA in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. This role provides 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and follows plans designed by a BCBA, with a focus on safety and positive outcomes.We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay ($22–$26/hour), and opportunities for career growth. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Prior ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
