Job summary

Jade ABA Therapy LLC in Hanover, MD is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for immediate start in the Hanover area. This in-home, 1:1 role offers flexibility and room to grow with multiple cases available.

You will deliver ABA therapy under a BCBA's treatment plan, collect data, communicate with families, and participate in ongoing supervision and professional development. A steady schedule with potential to move toward full-time hours awaits a dedicated RBT.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation to Hanover, MD.
• HS diploma or GED; BA in psychology/education preferred but not required for certified RBTs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the child’s home under a BCBA’s treatment plan.
• Collect accurate session data and track client progress.
• Communicate consistently with families and caregivers.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development.
