Job summary

Advanceable ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home, 1:1 ABA therapy across Stafford area. You’ll work in the child’s natural environment, under BCBA supervision, delivering individualized treatment plans.

The role emphasizes development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills, with ongoing BCBA mentorship and opportunities for professional growth. Flexible part-time schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or path to certification)
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the Stafford area

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques
• Track progress through session data and clinical notes
• Communicate professionally with families and clinical team
• Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training
• Stay engaged during sessions including movement and play with children
