Job summary

Jade ABA Therapy LLC in Hanover, MD is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for immediate start to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the child’s home, following a BCBA-developed treatment plan.

You will collect session data, track progress, and maintain clear communication with families while engaging in ongoing supervision and professional development. Flexible scheduling supports 20–40 hours per week with growth toward BCaBA/BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation to Hanover, MD.
• Experience working with children; ASD a plus.
• Afternoon/after-school availability preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s in psychology, education, or related field preferred (not required for certified RBTs).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

What You'll Do
