Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is hiring an RBT for an in-home case in Albemarle, Virginia, with Mon–Fri 4:00–7:00 PM hours and $23/hour billable pay. The role requires delivering direct therapy under a BCBA-approved plan and coordinating with a care manager to support autistic children and families.

You will collect data, maintain notes, and receive supportive supervision, with opportunities for BCBA supervision and growth within the team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or pursued; BCBA supervision pathway available.
• Strong communication and data-tracking skills.
• Comfort working in clients' homes and adapting to family routines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per the treatment plan written by the BCBA.
• BCBA assigned to the case provides plan, intro, and family support.
• Maintain session data and submit notes; non-billable time is paid.
• Supervision is supportive with competency assessments and feedback.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical directors for guidance.
