Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking certified RBTs for in-home sessions in the Alexandria area. You’ll work with a BCBA-assigned client, with schedules built around families’ weeks, typically after-school afternoons and early evenings.

Pay ranges from $22–$23/hour for direct therapy plus $10/hour for training/meetings. Part-time, flexible hours, in-home sessions near you. The team offers supervision and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certified RBT (Registered Behavior Technician).
• Reliable transportation required.
• Weekday afternoon/evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy following a BCBA-written plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes.
• Receive supportive supervision and constructive feedback.
