Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an RBT for an in-home position in Burlington, NC, working Mon–Fri afternoons and evenings. A BCBA is assigned to the case and supervision is provided to support your growth and ensure quality care for children on the autism spectrum.

We offer flexible hours, a clear career path, and a supportive team of RBTs and BCBAs. Compensation starts at $23/hour for direct therapy with additional paid non-billable time and opportunities for bonuses and tuition support.

Qualifications

• Must work Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings
• Deliver therapy under a BCBA-supervised plan
• Strong communication with families and caregivers

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per treatment plan created by the BCBA
• Collect session data and submit notes; non-billable time is paid
• Participate in supervision and competency assessments with the BCBA
