Job summary

Step Ahead ABA in Honolulu seeks an RBT to provide direct, in-home therapy aligned with a BCBA-created plan. You will work Mon, Tue, Fri and Sun with specific evening hours in a Honolulu area case, supporting families and children with autism.

We emphasize flexible hours, a clear career path, and paid non-billable time for training. Team collaboration with BCBA supervision is a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required and active.
• Experience delivering direct therapy to children with autism preferred.
• Comfort working in a family's home.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy according to the plan written by the BCBA.
• Coordinate with BCBA for supervision and feedback.
• Maintain session notes and data accurately.
• Attend paid non-billable training and meetings as scheduled.
