Job summary

A family-owned ABA therapy practice is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality in-home services to clients throughout Virginia. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the culture of a growing business, with clear paths to leadership and career advancement. Candidates must have RBT certification, experience providing ABA services, and a valid driver's license. The position allows for part-time or full-time hours, and requires flexibility to accommodate client schedules.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification from the BACB in good standing.
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a certified RBT providing ABA services.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized service plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in their homes.
• Collect accurate data on client behavior and program implementation.
