Job summary

TRAC Autism Center seeks compassionate Behavior Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home ABA services to clients with ASD and TBI. You will implement individual treatment plans under BCBA supervision and help clients improve communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma, TB test, and state credentialing documents. Onboarding incentives and hourly COVID pay with evening shift differential are offered to support staff

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (proof and transcripts required).
• Resume and onboarding documents completed.
• Up-to-date negative TB test.
• Credentialing documentation per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home behavioral therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and document behavior and progress data.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain a safe, structured home-based environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and interdisciplinary team members.
