Job summary

Breakthrough ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic services across the Greater Houston area, Beaumont, and Cypress, TX. The team offers full-time and part-time roles with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Candidates should have or pursue RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a passion for compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Experience working with children; special needs experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and team-oriented mindset.
• Strong ability to build rapport and motivate children.
• Background check is required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel to assigned client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and report data on target behaviors.
• Participate in behavior management programming.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
