Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, both in their homes and at our centers.

RBTs receive weekly supervision from a supervising BCBA, with regular check-ins to support sessions and ongoing clinical oversight.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and collaboration with the clinical team to ensure high-quality, consistent care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active RBT certification.
• Minimum 3 months' experience in ABA.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play with children.
• Dependability, consistency, positive attitude and reliability to ensure the child's success.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions
• Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support and treatment plans
• Participate in regular supervision meetings, skills coaching, and case reviews with your BCBA
• Communicate session updates and collaborate with your clinical team to ensure high-quality, consistent care
