Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required and maintenance of credentials.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 months of ABA experience.
• Able to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play with children.
• Dependable, consistent and reliable with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions.
• Conduct discrete trials and implement treatment plans.
• Participate in supervision meetings, skills coaching and case reviews.
• Communicate session updates and collaborate with the clinical team.
