Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking motivated, licensed Physical Therapist Assistants in New Jersey to deliver one‑on‑one, in‑home and senior living care through our Geriatric House Calls model. You will work with a supervising Physical Therapist, guiding patients through personalized exercises and functional activities in community settings.

You’ll join an interdisciplinary team and enjoy mentorship, growth opportunities, and a flexible path to build your caseload and clinical skills while helping

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in NJ.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by the supervising PT.
• Instruct and motivate patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document visits accurately in the EMR system.
• Coordinate care with PTs, OTs, SLPs and other team members
