Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Long Branch, NJ seeks licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to provide in-home, one-on-one care under a supervising Physical Therapist. You’ll guide patients through exercises, document visits in FOX’s EMR, and grow your clinical skills within a supportive, team-based environment.

You’ll join an interdisciplinary team and have mentorship from your supervising PT, with opportunities to advance your career and build lasting patient relationships in geriatric house calls.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in the state of practice or eligible to obtain.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising PT, adjusting activities based on patient response.
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system.
• Coordinate coverage and stay connected with patients, POAs, and community referrals.
