FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to deliver in-home and senior living care in New Jersey. Join a clinician-operated practice delivering one-on-one therapy under a supervising PT, focused on rebuilding strength, mobility, and independence in older adults.

You will work with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists, with mentorship and a clear path to grow your skills, caseload, and career in a supportive team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed PTA in New Jersey.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current CPR certification.

Aufgaben

• Deliver individualized treatment plans under supervising PT, adjusting activities per patient progress.
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX EMR per clinical standards.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and assist with scheduling coverage.
