Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to join our Morristown, NJ team. You will deliver in-home and senior living care, implementing individualized treatment plans under a supervising PT and guiding patients through therapeutic exercises to rebuild strength and confidence in their living environments.

You will document visits in FOX’s EMR system and collaborate with a physician-led, team-based approach.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current CPR certification and basic computer skills (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by the supervising PT, adjusting as needed based on patient progress.
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercise and functional activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system per Clinical Documentation standards.
• Coordinate care with patients, POAs, and community referral sources; assist with coverage as needed.
