Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.

• Continuing Education as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and procedures and conform to all applicable patient care standards, licensure regulations and state laws.
• Carry out appropriate techniques according to identified goals and treatment programs.
• Administers care to ensure safety for the patient.
• Participate in coordination of services with healthcare teams and families.
• Update self on the patient’s clinical condition.
• Maintain effective communication between therapist, staff and family.
• Records hours worked and documentation as required by policy.
