Qualifications

• Current licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatment and provide exercise instruction to improve patient's well-being.
• Follow all state laws governing physical therapy in home care.
• Instruct patients in active and passive exercise and other therapeutic techniques.
• Observe and report on patient's progress to the supervising Physical Therapist.
