Always Best Care of Albuquerque-Rio Rancho is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant with an opportunity to convert to full-time on our Home Health team in the Albuquerque area. You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients recover movement and manage pain, delivering quality care in various settings.

The role requires a PTA license, BLS and CPR certifications, and preferred two years of health care facility experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of health care facility experience preferred.
• PTA License required.
• BLS Certification and CPR Certification required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Apply modalities such as heat, cold, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation.
• Educate patients and families on home care techniques.
