Job summary

Always Best Care of Albuquerque-Rio Rancho is seeking a licensed physical therapist to join our Home Health team on a full-time basis. You will assess patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with other professionals to deliver comprehensive care in patients' homes.

Ideal candidates will have a PT degree, state license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation. We offer a competitive salary and a supportive, energetic team environment.

Qualifications

Graduate of Physical Therapy program.
Licensed/registered as required by the state.
Minimum of two years' experience in a health care facility preferred but not required.
Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation and a good driving record.
Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to aid in patient recovery
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
