Job summary

Fox Rehabilitation is hiring licensed Physical Therapist Assistants for in-home and senior living care in the West Hartford area, delivering one-on-one, hands-on therapy under a supervising PT. Build strength, mobility, and confidence through FOX’s Geriatric House Calls model in patients’ homes.

You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team, receive mentorship, and have opportunities to grow your clinical skills, caseload, and career in a supportive, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• > Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain.
• > Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• > Current CPR certification.
• > Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans under supervising PT.
• Instruct and guard patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system.
• Coordinate care with PTs, OTs, SLPs and other team members
