Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to work in Newtown, CT, delivering one-on-one, in-home therapy under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You’ll guide patients through personalized exercises, document visits in FOX’s EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support independence.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in CT or eligible to obtain.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by the supervising PT.
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system.
• Coordinate care with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and caregivers as needed.
