Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Princeton Junction, NJ is seeking motivated, licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to deliver one-on-one care in patients' homes and senior living communities, under a supervising PT.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, guide exercises, document visits in FOX’s EMR, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to grow your clinical skills and career within FOX’s Geriatric House Calls model.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in NJ.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by the supervising PT.
• Instruct and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system.
• Coordinate with patients, POAs, and community referral sources.
