Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide hands-on, in-home and senior living care to older adults across Iowa, Marshalltown, and surrounding communities. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with your supervising clinician, build real relationships with patients, and help people stay strong and independent.

The role offers flexible scheduling, one-on-one patient time, and a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Valid PTA license in state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current CPR certification; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising PT; adjust activities based on patient progress.
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities; track progress.
