Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Grinnell, IA, to provide one-on-one, in-home and senior living care under a supervising PT. You will implement individualized plans, guide exercises, and monitor progress in a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Valid PTA license in state(s) of practice or eligible to obtain.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system.
• Coordinate care with patients, POAs, and referral sources.
