TalentBurst is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide outpatient rehabilitation services in home settings for the older adult population in the Nashua area. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat clients in their homes or in independent living facilities to maximize independence.

This 13-week onsite assignment offers a flexible schedule (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) with a minimum guarantee of 35 hours per week, and a competitive hourly

Formación

• Must have a valid license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to and from patients' residences.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Attends and contributes to patient care, staffing conferences and other required meetings as a representative of physical therapy under the direction of the physical therapist.
• Adheres to department and patient treatment schedule and completes timely clinical and billing documentation.
• Works with the rehabilitation team to implement programs for each patient.
• Acts as an assistant to the Physical Therapist during tests, evaluations, and complex procedures.
• Instructs patients and caregivers in PT techniques under supervision.
• Maintains documentation for all patients treated.
• Cleans and maintains equipment and reports repairs as needed.
• Delivers high-quality, compassionate service focused on patient needs and rights.
• Implements individualized treatment plans and provides therapies including exercise, balance, manual therapy, and functional training.
