Always Best Care on O'ahu, HI seeks licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants for per diem in-home visits. You’ll assess and treat patients in their homes, with focus on mobility and fall prevention, and you can choose your own schedule.

We value reliable transportation, strong documentation, and clear communication with the care team. Hawaii license required; 1+ year home-health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA.
• 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home physical therapy visits.
• Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments.
• Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team.
