Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services in O'ahu, HI, is hiring licensed Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) for in-home visits on a per diem basis. Flexible scheduling and the ability to choose your own patients.

You'll perform evaluations, reassessments, fall-risk assessments, document progress, and coordinate with the care team. Hawaii license required; 1+ year clinical home health experience preferred; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA.
• 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
